- 01 Do you maintain the site after handover?
Optional. We can do ad-hoc edits at £60/hour, or just hand over the keys and let you take it from there. No retainer required.
- 02 Will I be locked into a contract?
No. Build work is one-off — pay once and own everything. If you want extra hands later, it’s £60/hour with no commitment.
- 03 Do I own the code?
Yes. You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every credential. Always. We don’t sit in the middle of your business.
- 04 How fast can you start?
Usually you’ll get a working prototype within 12–48 hours of your first email — most land closer to 12. Build kicks off as soon as you’re happy with it.
- 05 What if I want changes after launch?
Your first 14 days of edits are free. After that, it’s a flat £60/hour — no minimums, no monthly bill.
- 06 Do you design from scratch or use templates?
From scratch. Every site is its own design. We don’t resell themes or hide WordPress builders behind a shiny logo.
- 07 Can I see more examples of your work?
Yes — get in touch and we’ll send a longer list, including private and unlaunched work, plus references from past clients.
- 08 Are you actually a domain registrar?
Yes — we provide domain registration and hosting too. We’ll set everything up on accounts you own, alongside the build.
